- Jul.1997
- Company's name was changed into Aero Facility for Helicopter business. We moved the office (Tokyo Heliport) and increased the capital stock from ¥10,000,000 to ¥20,000,000
- Oct.2001
- Taiyo Kogyo Co., Ltd. Aviation Division spun off. Then, it was reformed Aero Facility Co., Ltd. to expand Helicopter business in Japan.
- May.2002
- We moved Tokyo Heliport into Azabudai, Minato-ku.
- Jul.2002
- We increased the capital stock from ¥20,000,000 to ¥30,000,000
